How is installation done?
  1. Weeds and existing grass are cleared by professionals.

  2. The professionals may employ an herbicide for killing existing weeds. Clearing the area needs to be done for preparing land for installation of artificial turf.

  3. They may next add two or four inch of crushed aggregate such as granite that has been decomposed over the area for creating a positive drainage under the turf. The professionals would decide whether excavation is necessary or not. The aggregate is then flattened for levelling the base.

  4. Weed barrier is installed over the base for securing the landscape. This is a crucial step as you would not want weeds to spring up in your lawn.
